epdaly11 Do you have a third-party app running that might be "optimizing" or otherwise changing settings for your games? For example, Nvidia's GeForce Experience offers the option to do this. It or another app could force the game into whatever settings it deems appropriate.
If that's not the issue, is OneDrive running on your computer? It could be replacing your current version of Options.ini, with the graphics settings you wanted to use, with an older copy. OneDrive shouldn't replace newer files with older ones but sometimes does so anyway.

Yes to both actually! Can you tell me how to disable GeForce and what to do about one drive bc I honestly hate it lol
