My game stucks on download page
I cannot access the game, not even on my main menu page. It keeps stucking on the download page before you access to the menu. These are steps that I've done and It doesn't work - Delete Caches e.g....

@lilgreenfruit and @Snappinturtlefli Does the game work if you launch it while your computer is offline? Sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.
