Hi!
I still have problems with my game. It wont start. I get a message popup that says I have to have the EAapp to play the game, and I have that, right from the start when Origin was canceld. I tried to repair the game, delete thumbnails and updated the game many times but it still doesnt start. I cant uninstall the game to installet again. Can someone please help me?

Now the game starts. Somehow I had to download it and reinstall it for a reason, I dont know why. But now I have a new problem. I can create a sim and place it in a house in one of the worlds, but when I get in to the world and gonna play with the sim I can only see the control panel and the picture of the sim, but every thing else is black. What can I do about this?

Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
