My game won't update
HI
My SIMS 4 requires an update but I keep getting the following notice: Failed to create folder -the EA app requires control permission to create this folder.
How do i fix this?

bethBT20 This error is typically antivirus-related. So please set an exception in your antivirus for EADesktop.exe, then try to update, or repair Sims 4 instead. If that doesn't help, temporarily disable your antivirus and try again. As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe.
