I was just in the game today (on a laptop) and did not see this issue. Could it be a possible conflict with your mod(s) or custom content? Perhaps 1) try removing that content and see if the problem persists 2) check to see if your system has any updates for adapters/peripherals. IDK, stepping aside for the heroes here. :D
