My house won't save?

I built a house on a separate lot to my sim's current house, and the plan was to save it to my gallery and use the house in a different game. I have tried multiple times to save it to my library but ...

    Could be it's just taking some time.

    Are you using Custom Content in the build? 
    If so go to your library, you'll have the filtering options on the left side. Hit advanced settings and make sure you check include custom content. 
    Then it should show up.

I was using custom content and the box wasn't checked. Sorry, I didn't even think of that!
