My Library not working

I went to go play The Sims 4 for the first time in a while and my saves were there, but not my library. There are families and lots going back to 2022 that are now missing.

Here is what I tried:

  1. Seeing if I deleted the Tray Folder (I didn't, since I came back after a long time of inactivity)
  2. Creating a new Tray Folder and putting the old files into the new one, and deleting the old folder (Still didn't work)
  3. Enabled Custom Content (That didn't work either)
  4. Taking The Documents Folder out of OneDrive
  5. Unlinking OneDrive

I have no idea what to do since I don't have another documents folder, I only have one tray folder, all of the files are in the tray folder.

What could be issue if all of the files are in place?

    Alphalol15​  If you create a new household or lot and save it to your library, does it still show up after you've restarted the game?  And are the files in the same Tray folder as everything else?  You can sort by modified date to check.

    Please also post a couple of screenshots of the contents of Tray.  You don't need to include everything; I just want a sample so I can see whether any files are missing.  Please sort by modified date, which will group together all files for a given Tray item.  You can use Windows key-shift-S to capture the relevant portion of the screen.
