Alphalol15 If you create a new household or lot and save it to your library, does it still show up after you've restarted the game? And are the files in the same Tray folder as everything else? You can sort by modified date to check.
Please also post a couple of screenshots of the contents of Tray. You don't need to include everything; I just want a sample so I can see whether any files are missing. Please sort by modified date, which will group together all files for a given Tray item. You can use Windows key-shift-S to capture the relevant portion of the screen.
