My notification wall keeps glitching when I enter a hidden world

I went into the Sylvan Glade with my sim and my notification wall glitched out after I got a notif about fishing. There was this notif that wouldn’t go away, no matter how many times I clicked the X (shown in pictures). If there were notifs visible under it, I could see those being cleared as I tried to clear the one at the top. I exited and re-entered the game; it didn’t work. At some point, I tried to clear the whole wall, and the icon to do that got grayed out, but the notif was still there. Tried exiting and re-entering again, and it was fixed. That was yesterday. Today, I got my sim to lvl 10 Handiness, went to the Forgotten Grotto, and it happened again. After 4 hours, 3 exits of the game, and fully restarting my entire laptop, it’s still like that. I play through Steam btw, in case that matters, and I play 100% vanilla base game, no packs, mods, or cc. I’m not sure if this counts as “missing content” but I didn’t know how else to tag this.
