Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

The Sims 4 and all of my packs are installed on my computer. When I open the game, it says that I own all of the packs, but that I don't own the base game. When I am on the EA app, it shows all of my packs and the base game are installed. 

I have repaired the game and add-ons 4 times now. I have cleared the cache on the ea app and restarted it. I have logged out and back in to the app. I restarted my computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled the sims 4 and every single expansion pack. nothing has fixed it.
