My pets won't age up
So I got the Cats and dog pack but my pets won't age up. I wait at least 3 sim days or more but they still won't age up. I don't know if this is a bug or something. But please help me figure out what...

I think you need to wait WAYYYY more than 3 sim days. It took my dog 79 sim days.

A very young kitten or a dog needs just about a week to grow up. However, if you don't want to wait - go to Vet Clinic and buy cure for aging. You can find it in the cupboard right at the entrance. In Vet clinic you can also buy a cure for rejuvenation if you ever need it.
