@lkerrx The screenshot didn't attach. If you're having trouble uploading it here, you could use a third-party site instead, e.g. imgur or Google Drive or whatever site is convenient for you.

Having similar issues with Spa day and My wedding packs. whats the next steps you suggest from here?

If you've already tried clearing the cache for the EA app and these packs still aren't showing for you, please follow the steps in post #4 but search for GP02 and GP11, which are the folders for for Spa Day and My Wedding Stories. Please attach the screenshot to your post here so we can look into this further with you.
