My sim is stuck on a lot, and I cannot get to her

I wanted to visit the park with my sim, but was automatically transfered to the meny instead of entering the actual lot. And now my sim is stuck there in the park, and I cannot get to her whatever I do. When i try to select her from her home lot I get transfered to the meny, and I cannot select her when I click on the actual park. It just says that she is not able to travel.
How do i solve this? I cannot remove my CC cause it will ruin my whole game, so that is not an option either. 

Any suggestions? Please help. :'c
