My sims 4 app won’t Launch from the EA app and says I don’t own the game.

Let me start with that the account is not mine but my mom’s that was made years ago and lets me and my sister use it on our PCs. Both me and my sister have had troubles launching the game from our PC...

@puzzlezaddict Same thing is happening to me right now but I don't share my account with anyone. It started after redeeming the free Epic Games bundle, I connected my Epic Games account to my EA account and everything seemed to go smooth, it even opened my game and I played for a few minutes, closed it and wanted to play again later that day and it won't let me, I've tried multiple times and nothing changes

The thread is somewhat of a catch-all, including other reports of the game not launching.  If nothing in that thread helps, please create an EA App error report and post the report ID there, as requested.

    Hey, I'm having this truble but I cant find app recovery on EA app what should I do?

      @Annabelle006  Open the EA App, click the three lines in the upper-left corner of the window, and choose Help > App Recovery.

      If you're still having an issue, please describe it in more detail.
