i can open new household but my old households are can’t open.

@bulletstyles What part don't you understand? I can try to explain it differently, or you might try a different translator app (like DeepL) if the one you're using isn't helping.
@nikolinaj Do you see an error code when your household fails to load? If so, please post a screenshot of it. Either way, please look for a new lastexception file, as described in post 4, and provide it if one exists.
