my sims 4 can’t be downloaded from origin/steam
hi, i have a problem with sims 4. here as u can see on the photo, there is no download button or it is not available something? then when i click my collection, it’s black&white saying it’s not available. i really don’t know what to do. can u help me, thank u!

restart your computer, and look again.
