My Sims 4 crashes

My Sims 4 crashes every time I travel or after saving the game. I have all the requirements to play this game, 32bit 8Gb Ram and 800GB memory. I don't think it has anything to do with that. I can play Skyrim for 6 hrs. straight and the game doesn't crash at all... I think it all started when I installed Get to Work Expansion pack. I don't use any mods . I just want to fix this and enjoy the game play without worrying every 5 or 10 mins.

    32 bit OS can only access 2 GB of RAM and since Sim is rather heavy on the RAM, many people with 32 bit have issues with crashing.

    Could you post your lastcrash.txt file (found here: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\) so I can check if it's indeed out-of-RAM crash ?
