My sims 4 cursor is not working on the middle roght of my screen?

My sims 4 cursor works as normal for every other part of my screen except for the middle right, where the "load game" button is. I have tried disabling origin in game, it still didnt work. I've also disabled my computers notifications completely and it's still not working. I've done repairs, I've also turned off and uninstalled my cc and mods. My problem started when I began playing with cc, so I figured that downloading new things messed with it. I have read through all of the suggestions that have been given but it still doesnt help me
