After a while of not playing the Sims 4, I went to the game only to find out all of my DLC is gone. I wasted €150 on them. All of my data is there (including CC and saved families, etc.) But I cannot for the life of me find my DLC. Any help is appreciated.
If all else fails, reach out to Origin Support to make sure the DLC you purchased still shows on your account. There's been some mentioning their DLC is missing, but the issue ended up being due to two separate accounts being used, or the wrong login.
Sometimes also just a proof of purchase is needed to re-add the DLC to your account.
