After a while of not playing the Sims 4, I went to the game only to find out all of my DLC is gone. I wasted €150 on them. All of my data is there (including CC and saved families, etc.) But I cannot...

Go to the Origin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option: Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
