OMG ME TOO! Ive done and tried EVERYTHING. 💔
Go to the Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sim 4
Path to this folder in Windows: This computer > Drive C > Users > Name of your computer > Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims4
Move the whole The Sims4 folder to the desktop.
(Don't touch another TS4 folder that is in the Program Files (x86) > Origin games. This is an installation folder and shouldn't be touched)
Then try to launch the game. The new game folder will be created and you will have two. One in the Documents and second, the old one on the desktop.
Play by five minutes and quit.
Delete in the new game folder following folders: Save and Tray
Copy from your desktop folder Saves and paste in the new game folder.
Do the same with the Tray folder - it is your library. If you have in old TS4 folder the file TrayDeleteItems paste it in the new game folder also.
Now launch the game and check if you still have this problem.
Your saves and library will not changes.
