MY SIMS 4 GAME IS NOT SHOWING UP !!!

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Im not able to get that number due to my game not turning on

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I turn on my game it do not launch at all , even when I try to restart my computer
What happens when the bug occurs? My game basically dont turn on at all
What do you expect to see? After I updated my game it didnt start at all it basically completley froze I recently just added new Cc to my game ususally when I put new cc in my game it usually start right up but now it is not starting up at all, im completly worried that I might have to start all the way over in my sims lives that I have created which I dont want to do I have spent alot of money into this game I really want this to be fixed asap please
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure 

To whom tghis may concern I have tried to upload a video and it is n ot working is there a way ypu guys can zoom call me so you guys can see the problem

  • @kisses6894  I doubt you'll need to start over, but it's worth trying a clean user folder to at least see whether something in your current one is the issue.  Move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to this folder; just see whether you can get far enough to start a new save.  Let me know either way.

    If the game still won't load or crashes, please let me know what antivirus program you use, and also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

    @kisses6894  You can try adding back your custom content, but the same issue may show up again.  So it's better to test in batches, or use the 50/50 method if you have a lot of cc to sort through.  Keep in mind though that you may have more than one broken item, as in, just because you find one file that prevents the game from loading doesn't mean the rest are fine.
