@mi660r You could simply move your saves, mods, etc. into the folder the game is reading. But if you want Sims 4 to use a different location for that folder, you'll need to create a symbolic link. Here's how:
You don't need to do the first step, which is moving the Sims 4 folder, since you already have the folder you want to use in the proper location. Instead, delete this folder the game is reading, the one that doesn't have your data in it, and proceed to the second step.
If you run into any trouble with the command, try using the full file path where you want the symlink to go instead of %UserProfile% etc. You can see the full file path in-game:
