My Sims 4 game takes an hour to load

My game used to start in about 10 minutes, but now it takes around an hour to load, which is really frustrating. I’m not sure which mod might be causing this. I installed Better Exceptions, but I still can’t figure out the issue. My computer and mods are all up to date, though I do have 24.5 GB in my mods folder. My PC specs are:
