My sims 4 has been loading for hours please help

Whenever i get to the neighborhood and chose another household to play with it never ends loading, I’ve tried restarting the game, repairing the game and all that but nothing works, i even slept thin...

@puzzlezaddict Heyy sorry for the late reply, i just decided to take a long break from the sims 4 since my game is basically broken, but i did what you told me to do, i moved my entire sims 4 folder to my desktop and created a new sims and everything is working smoothly but what do i do now i need my old sims back and all my mods is there a way you can help me please?
