sleepboo27 This is typically antivirus-related. So please set an exception in your AV for EADesktop.exe. Repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair), and then, without trying to play yet, set exceptions for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64, or the entire Bin folder they're in. You can try to launch the game once you've done this.
