figured out my problem, it was due to some of my custom content, i deleted all of them, and it fix my game, if anyone has the same its probably your custom content.
I have tried your suggestion and my game is not responding! Please help me figure this problem out!!

Go to Internet Options in Control Panel > check the connections tab and make sure the proxy server is not checked. Check the internet settings again and you should be fine
NOTE And for those who game require update you need to do this <deactivate UAC - go in Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts
click on Change User Account Control Settings, throw the fader all way down and click ok.
Same for me, and when I go to look at the games I've purchased in the Origin library, it's not showing Retreat, or Get To Work
