@Aesteq_ Try uninstalling and reinstalling the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine). Then see whether it directs you to Epic again.
I can't uninstall it with the Revo Unistaller. It tells me to turn off the EA app first, even though it's already turned off.

@Aesteq_ Kill the EA App and the EABackgroundService in the Task Manager, the latter being listed under background processes.
@puzzlezaddict I unistalled the EA app and installed it back, and it still redirects me to Epic Games.
