@puzzlezaddict I unistalled The Sims 4 and reinstalled it, and it still redirects me to Epic Games
@Aesteq_ I really don't know what to tell you; this shouldn't be happening at all. Did you get any packs at all from the Epic store? If not, you could unlink your EA and Epic accounts, which should fix the problem. But if you claimed the free packs from Epic a few months ago (Jungle Adventure and a couple others), then you'd lose those packs.
The alternative, of course, is to install the game through the Epic launcher and use that to play.

@puzzlezaddict I downloaded The Sims 4 through Epic Games and now it works, but it did delete all my previous saves.

@Aesteq_ Please find the folder the game is reading. Here's how:

Open that Sims 4 folder, then the saves folder inside, and take a screenshot of the contents of that folder. Please post it here, along with the location of the Sims 4 folder as the game reports it.
