I have tried everything and nothing works. I updated my game driver, made a new sims 4 file, uninstalled all my mods/cc, reinstalled the sims, and many other things. I even took it to best buy geek squad, and they said nothing was wrong with it. it usually crashes between 2-10 minutes but only when I am actually playing not in CAS. Please Help!

Error 740 means that you tried to run a command that required elevated (i.e. admin) permissions in an environment that didn't have those permissions. If by "the windows thing" you meant running DISM and sfc, you probably chose the normal version of PowerShell or Windows Terminal rather than the one with (Administrator) in its name. There's a reason the instructions say to choose the latter: DISM and sfc won't run in the standard PowerShell or Terminal, they need those elevated permissions.

@tm0418 I'm not sure why the Geek Squad said there was nothing wrong with your computer given the fact that you've had at least two different types of BlueScreen multiple times each. Since one of them refers to a severe software error, it's best to run DISM and sfc, but with an additional command (and again, please choose the Administrator version of PowerShell or Terminal):
Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates. If any install, restart again afterwards.
Next, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the Nvidia graphics driver, which has been causing at least some Sims 4 crashes:
Restart after installing the driver and before trying to play.
If you get another crash, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of the most recent Sims 4 crash, specifically after you've done the steps I listed. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
This was the message I received for sfc/scannow "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

@tm0418 Technically, you'd choose "GeForce RTX 30 Series" and then "GeForce RTX 3060," but it doesn't actually matter since it's the same driver either way. So yes, go ahead and download that driver.

@tm0418 This is an access violation, which is typically not serious (nothing like a BlueScreen) but also generic enough that the error itself isn't particularly useful. So to narrow things down, please create a new admin Windows account on your computer and try playing in that. Make it local, as in, don't tie it to your Microsoft account, and don't bring over any data (saves, mods, whatever) from your old account. You'll be able to launch Sims 4 without reinstalling anything.
If you get another crash, check the Reliability Monitor again, and post the same information. In case you're curious, this code indicates an access violation:

If you do get another crash, please try playing in a clean boot, again in the new account.
The one service to leave enabled is the EABackgroundService, which the EA App needs in order to run. Disable the rest as described.
When you reboot your computer, go through the Task Manager's background processes list shutting down any service that doesn't absolutely need to be running, for example anything from MSI Afterburner to RGB software might still be enabled. If you accidentally kill a critical process and it doesn't restart on its own, just reboot your computer again. If you get yet another a crash, please post the Reliability Monitor crash report for that too.
