My Sims did that yesterday. All of the sudden Poof it was like a brand new game, Newcrest was empty, all my downloaded houses were gone, all my families. I am glad I am not the only one who has had this problem. I don't have any mods or CC's (I don't even know what that means) Hopefully this is something that EA can fix...

    Does the method on the link work for anyone else? This just happened to me and I'm freaking out. I still have heaps of stuff in my saves folder bit I don't know what to do from there.
