My sims 4 sims delivery glitched

Help! The item didn't show up in my cas or I can't see the items and I've tried to restart it a few times and repaired and restore default and they're still not there I saw the message about it thought they were downloading not sure if it was interrupted or what when I go to check for new contents it says I already have the latest?
