@_ricex1 By "the correct location," I meant the location I'd described earlier: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4, or rather the appropriate folders inside the Sims 4 folder. The game reads data from that location, and only that location, so that's where files need to be.
I'm having the same problem...so frustrating! I found the saved files on my computer in the correct EA file location, but they don't show up in the game. Any other suggestions> Thanks!
@kcspann Please post the full file path to the saves. You can see it in a File Explorer window, above the list of files.
