My Sims babys have gone missing at birth

So recently just wanted to start a cute little sim family and I do have mods I have checked everyone of them and my sims newborns are gone. One shows at the bottom of the screen but the second is non existent like she didn't even give birth to 2 kids. Pls tell me what I should do.
