My sims doesnt Get her legs back..

Hey! Does anyone have this issue to?

the one I have is a teenager and she is a magician and a mermaid! I didn’t know it was even possible. But when she went to the water her legs disappeared and haven’t got back. And when I try to change clothes and all that it doesn’t work.. I have tried to reset her and the hole game. But nothing works.. any idea??
