my sims expansion packs are deleted, how do I get them back?!

Hello. My sims 4 expansion packs, game packs and stuff packs are ALL deleted. I tried restarting the EA app, repairing it, but all of the packs are showing up as if I need to pay when I've already paid.

Who do I contact about this, how do I fix this?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
