My Sim's with CC Personal Tab's Won't Appear! (Neither will the neighbors)

The last time I had the game was after the toddlers update and it still worked. I had to turn the computer off for a long while. And I came back to it just a week ago. I only have over 6,000 mods and...

could you attach the whole report as a txt file ? There's some vital info like your graphic card and hard drive space missing.
