my sims wont go to any custom careers

Hi there, 

So I've recently discovered that none of my sims will go to work if their career is cc. I've tried removing all of my cc apart from one of the careers and tried to send my sim to work, but it would go, I've tried resetting my world and putting a backup back in the game, it still doesn't work. Even in a brand new save with none of the content from my previous one, they still wont go into work. And its not with careers of one creator, its with multiple different creators content, otherwise i would have inquired with them. I've also checked whether its a wider scale error, but if its a job that already in the game, or school, they will go, so I'm unsure where the error is. I've tried everything i can think of, I've tested with only the career in the game, I've updated all the mods i can find, but still nothing. If anyone could help me out you would be a lifesaver!
