My computer isn’t old maybe a year I have windows 11 updated all my drivers it’s the music and repeating words stutters all the time like on a loop very distracting I have done repair game and deleted localthumbcache also the options Still getting the issue it’s been fine up until a few days ago

Please also try a different sound output device that uses a different connection, for example built-in speakers vs. headphones connected via jack, and let me know whether the problem is still present.
