my sims4 graphics are kinda crashed out hellppp

hi guys,i need some helpp. it's my first time playing sims 4 in pc and i downloaded it today, when  i'm trying to play the game both main screen and customizing character section's graphics are weird...

i tagged same pic twice sorry for that, there is 2 different pics thx from now

btww the lamp at the left is my own lamp it isnt the crash lol, the character things and the thing aat the right is problem also you could see the crash at the sims face at one of the pics
