My whole sims 4 mod folder and user data got deleted windows 10 HELP

My BF deleted it ALL and pressed to empty the recycle bin. im on windows 10. How can I get it back?I tried file history and it keeps saying the the removable disk d drive is not installed. HELP HELP ...
