Reopening OLD OLD save

So I have an old save from 2023 that I transferred from my old computer to my new one. And I recovered the latest save from the game because the original wasn’t loading in. And I can get into the map just fine but when I try to play my household it’s stuck on the loading screen forever (currently waiting for about 45 minutes while typing this) I have so many generations on this old save and I really wanted to get back into it but i can’t. I don’t know if the issue is because it’s old, corrupted, or because I transferred it from another computer, but if anyone knows how to recover it I’d really like to know ;-;
