Never-ending Pet Bath!

Question

Never ending pet bath!I just got Sims 4 Pets and since the beginning, I haven't been able to complete a dog bath. The animations begin - dog gets in bath and owner washes dog. The little circle in your task field goes around and completes, then it disappears when complete and the next task goes into the bar....but....the bath never ends! The owner never stop washing the dog - I've had baths last for days!I can cancel the action before the bath completes, but then it's like the dog never had a bath to begin with and back to square one.I have a constantly dirty dog. ☹️Please help!!!

I've tried this - and&nbsp; I also tried restarting my laptop. And tried to "repair" the game - none of them worked. ☹️

@ebithpandoraboxAnd have you tried resetting your sim, the dog, and the bathtub in game?Type testingcheats true in the cheat box and then shift-click the sims/objects.

@ebithpandoraboxWhat if you play another household for a little while and then go back to your old family, is the pet-bath finished?(use save as instead of save to not overwrite your progress)
