  • omg me too and its so frustrating please i want to play with my dlc and i cant get support from an agent only ai.

  • Is anyone else having this problem? I bought DLC yesterday and installed it. When I tried to play today, it says it's not installed?? I've cleared my cache, restarted the EA app, signed out of the app, restarted my laptop, made sure all DLC is ticked in the marketplace and turned off vpn because Google told me to. I've done everything you can think of, and it's still not working. Now it says my DLC is deactivated? On top of that, EA keeps giving me errors, and this has never happened before. 

  • I’m having the same issue, I uninstalled the game, and all the packs, thinking it was only a problem for me. Still waiting for them to download to see if it fixes it. 

  • Jupiiterrrloon​ sxmpg69​ kvpoqwchl700​  Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether the packs are deactivated.  If they are, you can reenable them with the Pack Selection button.  If that doesn't work, close the game, delete UserSetting.ini in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, and check again for your packs.
