this same thing happened to me. Where you able to get it fixed? I changed mine from 64-bit to 32 bit and it works, but the new expansion packs won't work on a 32-bit. I don't know what any of that means, but I had to download Sims 4 Legacy in order to play the game. I have a brand new Alienware gaming PC.
