New Computer - Expansion Pack won't load into game

Question

Hey everyone&nbsp;so I recently got a new computer and downloaded everything onto this new computer. Both are PC's and I am logged into my account etc. It is specifically the Get Famous pack and it says that I own it and all the downloads have finished downloading but the pack and the pack content are not available in the game - help?&nbsp;

@bowserpx106&nbsp; Please clear Origin's cache:

https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

and repair the game, even if you have before: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

Launch the game a couple times to see whether Get Famous loads.

@bowserpx106 same, no get famous cas, or del sol valley. Says it's installed in origin, in game when filtering cas says I don't have that content.
