PieceOfPrincess Your dxdiag crashed while running and is therefore missing some potentially crucial information. One thing I can see though is that your Nvidia graphics driver is from 2022. So please install the newest-avaliable driver, which you can get here:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your laptop afterwards and before trying to play.
If this doesn't help, please restart again (after the game crashes) and then run and post a new dxdiag.
ive updated the graphics, and played for quite some time without crashing, but it did again unfortunately.
