I just bought High school years, Realm of magic, and Eco lifestyle. In both the EA app and main menu say they are downloaded but in game, both CAS and build/buy mode are saying I don't have the Content. I updated my game and repaired it. I just switched to the EA app from origin today, would that do something? I've tried everything I can think of. Please help.
@baileered Try clearing the EA App's cache:

and repairing the game: open My Collection, hover over the Sims 4 icon, click the three dots, and select Repair.
If that doesn't help, please let me know where and how you the packs: from EA (in-game, in-app, website), from Steam, or from somewhere else.
I had already repaired the game and that didn't help. I cleared the cache and that didn't help either. I purchased them in the EA app on my windows computer.
@baileered If you have the Sims 4 CAS Demo installed, please see this thread for a workaround:
@baileered Please go into the game's program files, which are here by default if you originally installed via Origin:
Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4
And post a screenshot of the contents of that folder. Please also let me know whether you see a "The Sims 4" folder inside Program Files\EA Games, and if so, what's inside.
And just in case, make sure that the CAS Demo isn't still present somewhere on your computer.
