New PC, no mods, game crashing on startup

lamegan23​  Your dxdiag is full of BlueScreens, so much so that they may have crowded out any Sims 4-related errors.  (The crashes don't have timestamps, so it's impossible to say for sure.)  Since the BSOD codes are all different, I would suggest starting by updating your computer's BIOS and then (re)installing the chipset drivers, in that order.  This is the MSI support page for your overall model:

Choose the exact model number, find the newest BIOS, and install that if it's newer than A.F4, your current version.  When you've rebooted, download the chipset drivers and install them, then reboot again.

Try to open Sims 4, and if it crashes again, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor.  Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day.  Today is on the right.

Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash.  If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here.  If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
