New Product Key for Sims 4
I installed Sims 4 on my desktop and it crashed. I want to install it on my laptop but it will not let me use the same product key. Is there a way I can get a new product key?

You don't need a new product key, you just need to log into Origin with the same account you use in your desktop. You used the key to register the game in that account the first time you installed it, now you can install the game as many times as you want using that account.
If you want to use a DVD to install the game, make sure to open and log into Origin before you insert the DVD on your laptop. That way, when the installation starts, it won't ask you for the code.
